Training “Field Commander Mayora” 2013 February 27, 2013

On the first trimester of 2013, Mayora held “Field Commander Training Mayora 2013”. The Training was joined by Supervisors from Sub Distributors of Inbisco Niagatama (sister company of PT. Mayora) from all around Indonesia. The training was held in 6 batches in Jakarta, Makasar, Yogyakarta, Malang, Padang and Denpasar.

This Field Commander Training aimed to improve the skills of supervisors in the Sub Distributors so they could have the same standard operational competencies all over Indonesia.

“Besides improving my knowledge about sales and distribution operation standard of Mayora products, this training also gave me chance to get to know Mayora as a Corporate better and that gave me this sense of pride that I am one of the Mayora Field Operational team” said Bapak Donutas, participant from Pare-Pare, South Sulawesi
